Chaga Mushroom

Chaga (Inonotus Obliquus) is a type of fungus that typically grows on birch trees in the colder climates of the Northern Hemisphere and known as the ‘Gift from God’ amongst Siberian cultures.  Chaga is naturally rich in polyphenols, unsaturated fatty acids, Coenzyme Q and Vitamin K.

One of the most potent ‘Medicinal Mushrooms’, studies have shown Chaga’s potent beneficial effects on the immune system.  Chaga is an antioxidant powerhouse and has the highest rating in the ORAC scale (designed to measure the ability of food to deal with oxidative stress and absorb free radical damage).
